Yes. You can set up TempahGO to collect a deposit percentage (e.g. 30%) upfront when a customer books, with the balance collected on the day. This helps reduce no-shows without putting off customers.

Yes. You can enable "pending approval" mode. Bookings will sit in a pending state — you review and confirm or reject each one. Customers are notified either way.
